Customer Reviews

By Huge Fan : bought this product after staying with family recently in California when they introduced me to it. I feel in love with it and then bought it for myself when returned from our trip. It makes a wonderful cup of tea and the different settings really make a difference. What makes it even better is the hold feature so your water is maintained for 20 minutes. If you are a tea drinker, you will be in the lap of luxury! Enjoy.
By Robb M Peterson (Spokane, WA United States) : Fabulous product, but stopped heating in less than 2 months of use. Product has a 12 month warranty. Proceeding with warranty claim.
y JFM: This kettle has had some mixed reviews, but although it is somewhat complicated to understand, it does work very well. The instructions do not fully explain the somewhat complicated functions, such as the temperature hold. Once this is understood, it is fairly simple to operate correctly. Like all such products, with the electrical connections in the base, you need to make certain that you do not get the base wet when the kettle is filled. Should be easy for people to keep that in mind. Overall, a good value for the money.
By katie: Being English and a tea drinker i hate when the time comes to buy a new electric kettle, we seem to have more choices in the old country but to my surprise i have found a good one. Breville BKE820XL has turned out to be my best buy so far. I can really recommend this kettle.
By SKW: I love this product! At first I wasn't sure I really needed the variable temperature options, but I do. It is great to be able to make green tea without waiting for the water to cool. It is also nice to be able to use a french press occasionally for some great tasting coffee. This unit looks good and seems well built.
